Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa (سردار محمد لطیف خان کھوسہ) born 25 July 1946) is a Pakistani lawyer and politician (sitting MNA) who is an advocate in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He served as the Governor of Punjab from 2011 to 2013. He is the incumbent Member of National Assembly Pakistan from NA-122 Lahore since 10 February 2024. He was a senator from 2003 to 2009, the attorney general of Pakistan in 2008 to 2009 and the Federal advisor of Information Technology and Telecommunication from 2009 to 2010. Khosa also remained a member of the Pakistan Bar Council and served as its Executive Committee's chairman. He co-authored an electoral fraud report with former prime minister Benazir Bhutto shortly before her assassination in December 2007. Khosa had been one of Bhutto's aides. Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa was a veteran Pakistani politician from the Baloch Khosa tribe Born: 20 October 1935 (age 91) in Bahadurgarh, Dera Ghazi Khan District, Punjab and he Passes Away on Thursday night (April 9, 2026) at his residence in Lahore after a prolonged illness. He became the Tumandar (chief) of the Khosa tribe after his father's death. One of Pakistan’s most experienced politicians with deep roots in Punjab politics. Elected to the West Pakistan Assembly in 1962 (at age 26, as the youngest member). Elected to the Provincial Assembly of Punjab a record nine times (1970, 1977, 1985, 1988, 1990, 1993, 1997, 2008, and 2013). Served as Governor of Punjab. Served as Senator from Punjab (2012–2018). Long associated with PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz); briefly joined PTI (2018–2023). He is the father of former Punjab Chief Minister Dost Muhammad Khosa and remains a prominent figure in southern Punjab’s politics.
