Role and Responsibilities of the Vice President

The Vice President supports the President (Commissioner) and works closely with the elected Secretary and Board of Governors (BOG). Key duties include:

Leadership & Oversight: Assist the President in providing high-level patronage and strategic direction to the club.

Administrative Support: Help ensure smooth governance, transparency, discipline, and good management of club affairs.
Development Initiatives: Contribute to upgrading facilities (gym, swimming pool, sports areas, dining, guest rooms, event lawns) and overall improvement of the club as a "shared asset" of the city.

Event Participation: Grace major club events (sports competitions, cultural/musical nights, iftar dinners, national day celebrations, etc.) and often deliver remarks emphasizing unity and development.

Coordination with Administration: Act as a bridge between the district administration and the club. The DC can mobilize government resources or support for club projects when needed.

Representation: Represent the club in official capacities and promote its image as a premier recreational and social hub in Dera Ghazi Khan.

In practice, the Vice President attends important meetings (e.g., BOG meetings) and plays a visible role in promoting the club's activities while maintaining its prestige.
